A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 2007, qualified
Information System Auditor (ISA), qualified as Forensic Auditor (FAFD) from ICAI and Registered
Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets (SFA) with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India
(IBBI). Ram has completed ICAI Certification courses in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS),
Goods and Service Tax (GST) and Preparation of Appeals, Drafting of Deed and Documents and
Representation before Appellate Authorities and Statutory Bodies (ABTS). Earlier Ram was
working with a European multination company called Swiss Re a leading wholesale provider of
reinsurance, insurance, and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer.
A Finance professional with over 21 years of solid experience in various aspects of finance, of
which over 15 years in managerial and senior positions. Proven record in executive management,
operations management, crisis management, managing turnarounds and new ventures. Ability to
understand and interpret the business needs, articulate their significance and financial
implications with suggestive decisions to the Managing Director/Board. Strong executive
presence coupled with excellent presentation skills. Entrepreneurial spirit, strategist, team
motivator with keen sense of urgency. Decisive strategic operator driving revenue and
profitability, amidst growth. Skills in Corporate Leadership, Management accounting, Business

having a professional experience of over 15 years. A Chartered Accountant with a diverse
background with exposure to Accounts, Audit, Budgeting, MIS, Secretarial work, RBI, Taxation,
T.D.S. and Payroll. She has been the visionary on whose ideology the organization treads along
today; ready to step into the new era of rendering professional services of the highest standards
globally. She has led from the front, playing a key role in the strategic growth of the organization.
As well as her management responsibilities, she continues to take personal responsibility for
several the firm's long-standing clients. She also has considerable interest in the development of
